THE DREAM : We,family, were staying in a holiday flat and we had our cat with. When we wanted to leave we discovered cat had gone. While packing I discovered the cat rolled up in some bedding. It was injured with holes in its flesh with some parts of skin hanging off. It looked like a car had run over it. I looked out of window and I saw a strange man looking my way and I knew his intentions were not good. He was going to try get in an attack me. He did get in and I was avoiding him and trying to escape. I woke up.

THE BACKGROUND:We dont have a cat because of allergies in family.

I do not know what your dream means - most dreams link to very personal feelings or incidents which I could never begin to imagine.

Thinking about the intruder my best guess is that this links to someone else. Maybe a husband or son. Maybe its about not letting someone get to you
