THE DREAM : I dreamed last night that my mother was in the hospital. My family and me went to see her. After about 30 minutes every one but me left the room. Then my mom stared having a massive seizure. I couln't move I was yelling but no one would do anything. It was like my feet were glued to the floor
THE BACKGROUND:Please anyone who knows what this dream means please tell me. Usually my dreams do not scare me but this one does.

Well dreams can be premonitions of bad events. Often though these would be symbolic - so such a literal dream would unlikely be a premonition
Sometimes a dream about someone in trouble could symbolise their emotional state.... has she had any problems recently? Was she upset yesterday? Was anyone upset yesterday?
How did you feel glued to the floor yesterday? Where did you get a feeling of paralysis? That maybe the cause of the dream. It may have nothing to do with your dream
