DREAM FORUM - Skiing Bears

THE DREAM : On a mountain covered in deep snow two sets of bears were sitting down to picnic. There were very light brown bears and moderately light brown bears, about 20 of each. The slightly darker bears started acting sort of aggressively and picking on the lighter bears. When tensions began getting too high, a herd of caribou came stampeding across the top of the mountain, causing an avalanche. Suddenly all the bears are skiing, mingling, and having a good time.

THE BACKGROUND:I'm getting married in six days and had this dream about three or four nights ago. There has been a lot of family drama and tension between the two sides surrounding this wedding. Also, my mother, who I have not seen for 5 1/2 years, is coming and has a history of instigating unpleasantness and generally causing trouble. But I woke from this dream with a great sense of peace...and a good deal of hysterical laughter.

Well if you think about it the dream portrays this exact thought - "I am really worried about the tension between the two families but I am worrying too much. When the day comes and when everyone has had a drink it will be all right"
